Job Description:

My client is seeking an outgoing, independent, customer friendly associate for a company in Topeka, KS.

1. Serves as a positive role model consistent with corporate culture at all times. 2. Responsible for customer order verification, entry, confirmation, tracking, changes and expediting as necessary. 3. Provides reliable back up for Polo managers and other department associates as needed. 4. Produces and maintains electronic/paper company and customer documents and files. 5. Processes customer requests, such as complaints, returns, quotations, and samples. 6. Internal/external liaison for communication between customers, sales, purchasing, manufacturing plants, and management in a timely and professional manner. 7. Answers incoming calls and directs to appropriate person, including inquiry calls from prospective customers. 8. Manages and assists with projects as needed.

Looking for someone who wants to move up in a company

Must have college degree, great communication skills, and have the ability to type 40 wpm.
